Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day. You'll receive a tracking number once your order ships.
Domestic Shipping (US)
Standard shipping runs 2–5 business days from the date of shipment. Free shipping on all domestic orders over $100. Orders under $100 are subject to calculated shipping rates at checkout.
International Shipping
We ship worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on destination. Delivery times vary by country — typically 7–21 business days. We are not responsible for customs delays.
Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes upon arrival in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these fees and cannot predict what they may be.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package is marked delivered, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received it, contact your local carrier first. If the issue isn't resolved, reach out to us at info@unfrngd.com and we'll do what we can.
Order Issues
Wrong address? Contact us immediately at info@unfrngd.com. Once an order ships we cannot redirect it.
