Refund policy

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

All drops are limited. We don't restock. Because of that, we don't offer refunds — but we'll make it right if something's wrong.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for exchange.

To request an exchange, contact us at info@unfrngd.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange for. We'll confirm availability before processing.

Return Shipping

If you received a defective or incorrect item — we cover it. We'll send a prepaid label, no questions asked.

If you're exchanging for size or a different item — return shipping is on you. We cover shipping on the replacement going back out.

Defective or Wrong Items

If we made the mistake, we fix it. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue and your order number. We'll sort it fast.

Timeline

Once we receive your return, allow 5–7 business days for processing. You'll get a confirmation when your exchange ships.
