At UNFRNGD, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, our returns policy makes it easy to process a return or exchange.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at Orders@Unfrngd.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Reason for the return.

Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • To exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the replacement item.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at Orders@Unfrngd.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item for faster resolution.


Final Sale Items

  • Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
