Eligibility for Returns
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/custom products are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

- Your order number.
- The item(s) you wish to return.
- Reason for the return.
Once approved, we will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return is delivered safely.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- To exchange an item, please follow the return process and specify the replacement item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us at Orders@Unfrngd.com within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item for faster resolution.
Final Sale Items
- Items marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
